Estrella Damm Inedit is a beer created with food in mind by the Damm brewmasters and the worldâs most celebrated restaurant, El Bulli. Inedit is a Spanish infusion of barley malt and wheat, with a selection of spices such as coriander and liquorice. These aromatic flavours culminate in floral and citrus notes that work well with a variety of foods. The beer compliments strong flavours such as mature cheese, smoky chorizo and salty ham and has the ability to refresh the pallet after each gulp. Shared with a friend over Gradoâs excellent tapas, this new beer was a treat, and comes highly recommended.
