Created at the labelâs Maryland-based brewery itâs part of the American race to create ultra-hopped beers and Raging Bitch, combines that endeavour with finesse. Using Belgian-style El Diablo yeast to create the distinctive sweet and sour Abbey beer flavour, the combination of hop and sweet yeast work together really well and would team excellently with spicy food. A final note however: Raging Bitch is a tipple to be enjoyed in moderation as it packs a hefty 8.3%.
