MANCHESTER House, multi-nominated in this years Manchester Food and Drink Awards, is joining forces with on of Champagnes legendary names the day after the awards ceremony.
They are hosting a Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner in the restaurant on Tuesday, September 30 and will be hoping to toast awards success in the company of Nicolas Roland-Billecart, seventh generation of the family-owned champagne dynasty.
The evening begins with a tutored champagne tasting led by Nicolas, followed by a bespoke six course tasting menu devised by executive chef Aiden Byrne (pictured below right with Tim Bacon of Living Ventures), paired with a selection of champagne cuvees.
