New Century has just welcomed a brand new independent street food trader to its buzzing kitchen as Wilson’s joins the venue’s family of independent vendors.
Soon to become one of the kitchen's most-loved vendors, Wilson's will be offering speciality sandwiches, juicy burgers, and some proper fiery tacos along with all the best accompanying small plates.
All about vibrant, delicious and decadent flavours made to share or dive into alone, the burger and specialist sandwiches menu features a mix of decadent and delicious treats including classic beef burgers, double smashed patty on brioche, Philly cheesesteak and salt beef sandwich with burrata and gremolata.
The signature birria tacos are a beautiful medley of beef shin with melted cheese, onions, coriander and house-made pico de gallo and consommé. There are also homemade butters and sauces for smothering on seasoned skin on fries with options including cowboy butter, confit garlic and sage and chimichurri.
To complete the menu include a fantastic collection of sharing plates including deep-fried roast potatoes topped with chorizo, feta, roquito peppers and garlic, or fresh house-made salsa verde, red onion, and feta. There is also charred corn on the cob with soured cream, feta, chilli and lime as well as padron peppers with Maldon and a moreish portion of homemade onion rings.

Wilson’s will complete the lineup of independent street food brands at New Century Kitchens joining the likes of Fricken, Ply Pizza Loves You, Banh Vi and Koi Fusion.
