GLOBETROTTING celeb chef Jay Morjaria guests at the latest Cottonopolis Vegan Kitchen takeover on Monday, April 30.
Morjaria is founder and exec chef of Sutra Kitchen, a meat-free cooking school in London. A regular on radio and at food festivals, this passionate vegetarian bring his unmistakable style developed during his travels throughout Asia.
The NQ bar is already well known for its vegan-friendly menu, with a number of dishes on their menu being completely plant based, but they’re raising the bar with this evening, where Morjaria will work alongside head chef Joe Grant to create an eight course taster menu, including crispy nori tofu & tomato tartare, miso aubergine bao and finishing with a mochi and vegan chocolate doughnut.
