CHEAP PINTS ALL MONTH: Junction goes all out for 1st birthday celebrations

5 July 2025 by Rhiannon Ingle

The month of July marks one year since Junction first opened its doors in Manchester – and they’re celebrating in style, with great beer, great music, fun events and lots of giveaways.

Located next to Manchester Central on Windmill Street, Junction has become a popular all-day destination for remote workers, local residents and visitors to Manchester – and to celebrate turning one, they’re keeping things simple: £4 Cruzcampo and £4 Guinness, all day, every day throughout July.

This birthday month also sees Junction taking centre stage as one of the hosts of Manchester’s much-anticipated ‘Music for the Senses’ Guitar Trail – a huge public art project featuring 50 guitars across the city, celebrating the city’s rich musical heritage. Drop in to Junction to see their Elbow-donated guitar, designed by Myro Doodles, grab a pint, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere the venue has become known for.

And with Manchester entering its Summer of Music – from Sounds of the City to the sold-out Oasis ‘Definitely Maybe’ anniversary shows – Junction is the perfect pre-gig pit stop. They’ll also be screening footage from Oasis’s legendary 1997 gig at Manchester Central (then called the GMEX), pairing perfectly with your pint.

But that’s not all as throughout July, the Junction team will be out and about at tram stops in the city centre, surprising passers-by with giveaways

Whether you’re here for the beer, the guitars or the Gallagher nostalgia, Junction is clearly ready to go all out and celebrate.
