MAYA, the vibrant restaurant and venue at the corner of Canal and Chorlton Street, is excited to announce that Shaun Moffat, last year’s ‘Manchester Chef of the Year’, is now the Head Chef.
The decorated chef will be bringing his celebrated expertise in Modern British cuisine to the iconic venue which is already home to a Michelin Guide spot dining room.
Shaun’s reputation for blending creativity with tradition, particularly through his innovative spins on classic British dishes, has earned him widespread recognition across the city.
His new menu launches next month (23rd November) and features a stunning array of elevated bistro classics, indulgent Sunday Roasts, and several hearty winter creations.
Shaun's culinary approach, grounded in seasonal ingredients and bold flavours, will be on full display in both MAYA’s Bistro and Dining Room.
