WILL all vegetarians look away now. After settling into their new home at The Kitchens in Spinningfields Bangers and Bacon are unleashing another of their Chef’s Tables.
These piggy-centric trough-outs were hugely popular at the Guerrilla Eats’ residency at the Wonder Inn on Shudehill and the formula remains the same at beardy butcher James and chef Richard’s new bespoke home on the Leftbank.
Their five course course menu, at The KItchens on Wednesday, September 2, 7pm-10pm , will be created using seasonal ingredients, their award winning sausages and dry cured bacon and, of course the, flair of the Bangers and Bacon team.
The boys say: “On arrival you will be seated on shared benches with our five delicious servings of piggy goodness, the action will then unfold in front of you, as the menu is created and served we will share some laughs, delicious food and a few beers in our unique location.”
Tickets cost £20 per person, available from this link and Bangers and Bacon are happy to recommend matching drinks (with as many as possible pig based) from their well-stocked bar
