Her TV work including BBC’s Exploring China, Chinese Food Made Easy (C5), Restaurant Redemption (Cooking Channel) and Ching's Amazing Asia (the Food Network) as well as a regular slot hosting Saturday Kitchen (BBC) and Lorraine (ITV).
Ching has published seven best-selling cookbooks to date and her eighth, Stir Crazy, is out this month.
Her host Victor Yu told us “Ching has been an inspirational figure for the Chinese community in the UK over the last few years and I’m honoured to have her join me in the kitchen in September. Ching has created a fantastic menu for the occasion and we’re fully anticipating a full house for the night.”
