CATHEDRAL Street turns into Cinema al Fresco for a fortnight this summer thanks to a collaboration between Italian brewing giants Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Harvey Nichols.
A section of the pedestrian thoroughfare outside the store will be will be transformed into a stylish al fresco bar and cinema terrace (as in image above), where punters can enjoy contemporary Italian films while sipping infused drinks created by mixologist Simone Caporale from The Artesian Bar at the London’s Langham Hotel.
These feature fragrant ingredients such as bergamot and juniper as well as an abundance of fresh citrus fruits, berries and superfoods.
Guests will be able to book tickets to the cinema showing films such as I Am Love, The Tourist and Reality at 7pm every evening from Wednesday to Saturday, with a matinee taking place at 2pm on Sunday, from July 14 until July 25. Sound will come from wireless headphones. For the duration of the Cinema al Fresco the bar will be open Monday to Tuesday, 12pm-7pm, Wednesday to Saturday 12pm-10pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
