Oddest is welcoming in the festive season with the launch of the Oddest Christmas Extravaganza on Saturday 7 December. The Chorlton bar will host a bill of live music, Winter ales, hog roast, cider and more. The free event kicks off at 1pm and includes sets from singer-songwriter Jo Rose, BBC6music favourites, Walk. Those looking for food will enjoy a whole hog roast served with rum plum chutney, cider sage & apple sauce. There will be hot, homemade mulled wine, spiced cider, hot toddies and Christmassy cocktails such as Baileys Bauble and Apple Pie while beers on offer include Arbour, Brightside, Bollington and Macclesfields Red Willow breweries plus real cider.
