ITs always good to see a suburban success story translated to the city centre. Prohibitive rents are often the sticking point, but the more affordable Northern Quarter always seems to have space for one more bar.
Step forward The Crafty Pig, clear-sighted, cunning sibling of Montons Blind Pig, which is set to open this Friday (October 10) on Oldham Street. Expect food similar to the Blind Pig burgers and grilled meats, salads, fish, curries and pastas with a wide-ranging beer content and a wild way with a cocktail (see picture).
