The Didsbury Charity Craft Fair will be held on Saturday 22nd March 2014 from 11.00am – 4.00pm atParrs Wood High School on Wilmslow Road, East Didsbury

A packed craft fair featuring loads of high quality hand made  items. An ideal place to get unique well made gifts from Mother’s Day presents to early Christmas ideas! Or go and spoil yourself with the wonderful cosmetics on sale and the jams & chutneys.

There’s a vintage tea room keeping you supplied with refreshments and a pop up restaurant by the renowned chef Robert Owen Brown.
There will also be  a ‘Didsbury Bake Off’ for different age and product categories.

The fair is being organised by the Parrs Wood High School PTA in conjunction with Didsbury Parsonage Trust  to raise funds for the school and for the Parsonage’s stained glass window appeal.

THE DIDSBURY BAKE-OFF

Put down your electronic kitchen gadgets and pick up your pinny, dust off your recipe books and join on the The Great Didsbury Bake-Off. Show off your baking & jam making skills at the first Didsbury Community Craft Fair.

There will be seven categories & three age groups :

The Didsbury Bake-Off Categories

* Cakes your mother used to bake
* Six Cupcakes
* Something Chocolatey e.g. cakes, brownies or biscuits
* Scones (savoury or sweet)
* Jam
* Chutney
* Show stopper cake which must be at least two tiered.

Entries will be judged on appearance and taste With three age groups: Up to 11yrs; 12-17yrs ; Over 18yrs, there will be plenty on show to admire.

Entry is £1 per category for under 18s and £2 per category for over 18s. Register before the day of the fair by clicking here
