Last week, the popular Chorlton pizza restaurant, Double Zero, finally announced they will be opening a city centre location. The expansion will see them based on Fountain street, near famous pub The Shakespeare and the recently built Brewdog Hotel.
Referred to by many as ‘the best pizza in Manchester’ (we’ll let you remain the judges on that one), Double Zero are famous for 2 things; unbelievably good Neapolitian style pizza and their BYOB policy. With a corkage fee of just £1.50, you can focus on enjoying the delicious pizza instead of forking out for drinks.
This deadly duo has seen them become a must visit in Chorlton over their last 8 years of trading but has left those of us over in the city centre feeling a little jealous, until now that is.
Double Zero revealed the news with this announcement mid last week on Instagram, “We're really happy to share with all our customers that we will be expanding to Fountain Street in Manchester City Centre.”
“We are over the moon and will be giving you updates on when we will be opening at some point over the coming months and we simply can't wait.”
They continued by thanking their loyal customers for the continued support over the years, “This wouldn't of been possible without all of our customers that have continued to support us over the 8 years since we first opened”.
Although there’s been no official opening date announced yet we’re keeping close eyes on their socials for more updates over the coming months.
