Factory Coffee has announced that it is opening a new café in the former Spar on King Street West.
Located just over the road from its kiosk inside Dooley and Rostron, Factory Bakes will offer a larger selection of the café’s baked goods, which will be hand rolled and baked in-store.
Expect flaky pies, plump donuts and breads to accompany your morning brew, which will be sourced straight from Factory Coffee’s own garden. They’ve already created chocolate fudge cookies, raspberry frangipane tart, whipped goats cheese and tomato buns and a banoffee pie made with Factory Coffee’s coffee liqueur.
The café has collaborated with Sofia from Wild Child Bakes to launch the new venture, who will bring her bold and creative approach to baking to the new King Street store.
You can already enjoy a range of Factory Bakes at Factory Coffee, but this new dedicated store will open the offering – you can watch the entire baking process and even enjoy your treat fresh and warm, which is essential as the seasons begin to change.
