VIET Shack, Best Casual Eats victors at the Manchester Food and Drink Awards 2014, are joining forces with B.Eat Street, who won in the Best Food and Drink Pop-Up category for the latest sequence of Friday Food Fights, which kicks off on Friday October 17 in a new venue, the Great Northern Warehouse.
The Vietnamese street food whizzes are among the four food residents for the first five weeks of the 10 week stint in line-ups just released by B.Eat Street. Alongside them expect a changing roster hand-picked food operations, including on the opening date, Reds True BBQ and Lucha Libre, and plenty of cocktail, craft beers and cider options. The residents are:
Viet Shack Urban twist, authentic and healthy Vietnamese food from the Arndale Market.
Piggie Smalls trad made hot dogs
Coq O' The North All things fowl from buttermilk fried, charcoal grilled, schnitzel, rotisserie to a good old roast. Plus Belgian style fries.
Dim Sum Su Home-cooked Cantonese Street food
Its free to get in, but is likely to be rammed, so organisers are releasing a limited amount of Guaranteed Entry passes which are free to claim. Check out this Facebook link.
