If you've yet to swing by FENIX, Manchester's elevated Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, then make sure you book up this weekend to celebrate Mother's Day in style.
FENIX has introduced an exciting limited-edition menu giving thanks to all the mothers in our lives available from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th March.
The four-chapter experience, priced at £82.50 per person, starts off with their extremely moreish freshly baked pita served alongside Hummus and Guacamole, followed by the Mediterranean iconic cheeses. Diners can then enjoy the Orzo with Langoustine and Feta and slow-roast Smoked Iberico Ribs.
And, pulling out all the stops for the special occasion, the masterminds of the FENIX kitchen have conceived a special dish, the Meterra, translated to Mother in Greek made with coconut semifreddo with lime zest and velvety framboise cream and tied neatly with an edible ribbon. You can also add on a 'Mothers Devotion' cocktail for £13 combining Moscofilero Theone Rose Wine, Chambord, Rose and Raspberry.
