If you're in need of some proper hearty scran but your wallet's feeling a little light - we've got just the thing.
The stunning Spinningfields restaurant, Maray, famous for its Disco Cauliflower and Baklava Cheesecake amongst countless other menu top-hitters, is treating Mancs to a totally free Sunday Roast this weekend.
Yep, you read that right, Maray will be bringing their Middle-Eastern-inspired Sunday Roast to Manchester and to mark the occasion they’ll be giving out FREE roast dinners from midday-til-they’re-gone.
The free roasts will be dished up from their Lincoln Square Restaurant on a first-come-first-served basis. No bookings, just walk-ins so get there early to secure a spot!
Diners will be able to fill their bellies with Yorkshire puddings and classic roast veggies paired with crispy fenugreek potatoes and butternut squash tershi, a classic spiced dip found on all Libyan dining tables.
All centred around the main event; a choice of lemon, za’atar and saffron spiced chicken, roast beef sirloin or spiced chickpea nut roast, perfectly drenched in copious amounts of unlimited gravy and of course, bubbling, gooey cauli cheese.
The peoples’ favourite, Baklava cheesecake, stands strong on the menu as a worthy finisher; a Baklava base, sumac, pistachio and salted caramel piled atop a creamy, rich slice.
Now that's a good Sunday - Maray clearly knows the drill.
Sunday Roasts will be available at both the Manchester restaurant (from the 22nd September) and the Dockside, Liverpool (from the 29th September) restaurant, starting from £19pp.
