Stiff Tea Brewing Company, the UK’s first naturally fermented hard kombucha brand - proudly brewed in Manchester - is taking over the city’s most beloved sandwich hatch, Rustica, for a limited edition festive collaboration of dreams early doors next month (Monday 1st December).
For one day only, Rustica will be transformed into the Stiff Tea Festive HQ. From 12 noon, the first 50 people to arrive will receive a festive freebie to kick off the Christmas season: a can of Stiff Tea’s cult-favourite ‘In a Pickle’ alongside the Rustica Christmas Sandwich, which this year has been given the In a Pickle treatment: turkey, stuffing, cranberry, and pickles.
Brewed right here in Manchester by a small but mighty team, Stiff Tea has been shaking up the drinks scene for a whole year now, combining the craft of brewing with the art of fermentation to create its signature boozy kombucha with bold, bright, and unexpected flavours.
