Leading Canadian dessert brand Fuwa Fuwa has brought their fluffy souffle pancake concept to the United Kingdom choosing Manchester as its first location in the UK.
The new shop on Whitworth St will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday 8th October, offering the first 100 customers a free drink with their order and all visitors will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a £200 voucher.
Manchester is the brand’s tenth location and will showcase Fuwa Fuwa’s signature open-kitchen concept, which offers a view of how the brand’s gravity defying pancakes are made and the intricate process and keen attention to detail involved.

Your Fuwa Fuwa experience starts from the second you walk into any one of its locations. From the delightful fragrance of fresh desserts being made, to the open concept kitchens where you’ll see chefs whipping up signature dishes, to your first bite. The aim at Fuwa Fuwa is simple - to spread happiness, one bite at a time.
Each souffle pancake at Fuwa Fuwa is hand-made to order using fresh ingredients. Egg whites are whipped to soft peaks to create their final airy quality, and then slowly cooked at low temperature to achieve the signature round cloud-like pancakes. These delightful stacks are then topped with a selection of fruits, creams, syrups and house sauces.
