Tickets are now on sale for the 11th MFDF Gala Dinner Awards ceremony, which takes place on the 13th October at the Palace Hotel Manchester.
Sponsored by City Life, the Gala Dinner is an annual event and provides the climax to the Manchester Food and Drink Festival (3 â 13 October), the largest urban food and drink festival in the UK, if not Europe. The dinner will also host the MFDF Awards ceremony, announcing this yearâs winners of the most coveted prize in the Greater Manchester restaurant industry. The awards celebrate culinary excellence from across the region and are hotly contended for.
The award nominees were decided upon by an independent panel of food and drink critics and experts from the city. The awards were then opened to the public to vote. The public voting is now closed leaving the panel to decide the winners using the public vote along with their own choices.
The evening will be a soiree of food and drink including a 6 course banquet, champagne and wine, enjoyed by the most prominent faces from Manchesterâs gastronomic scene and, to top it all off, the event will be broadcast live on BBC Radio Manchester.
Tickets for the event are priced at £90 + VAT or £900 for a table of 10. This event is always a sell out, so book tickets early to avoid disappointment.
