TASTE of Manchester got slightly crazed on cocktails the other night when over 20 of the city’s finest bars teamed up with top spirit purveyors to create mixological mayhem at Cocktails In The City. Our favourite tipple was Running Wild In Florence from Bluu’s secret basement bar, Smithfield Social, and Wild Turkey Bourbon. It consisted of oak-smoked Wild Turkey, Aperol, Wray and Nephew Red Label, angostura bitters with Luxardo maraschino cherries and an orange slice.
