28 January 2015

GLAMOROUS Thai-and beyond restaurant Vermilion has extended its a la carte menu, while continuing to serve its innovative Tapas Menu, cut-down versions of its classic dishes. Among the fresh mains on the menu from head chef Chatchai Jamjang and his team are:

LOBSTER TAIL TANDOORI:  A whole tail, gently spiced with a tamarind
sauce and served with ripe mango and lime garnish.

KING PRAWN YANG:  Marinated in lime and coriander and barbecued Thai-style. Served with sticky rice and Thai salad.

GOONG OB WOON-SEN: Baked prawns in a clay pot with glass noodles, ginger, spring onion and Thai celery in an aromatic soy sauce.

NUE YANG: Thin slices of sirloin marinated with coriander, white pepper, and Thai spices. Served with Thai BBQ sauce, sautéed potatoes and asparagus.
