Prior to its official opening, Kallos Café & Wine Bar has opened a pop-up at Colliers at Cortland Yard, located between Trinity Way and Deansgate and nestled next to Abito, to introduce its new brunch and evening menu.
Specialising in high-quality Greek and Mediterranean food, the pop-up, open from Thursday to Sunday, features a proper good menu including star players like the in-house made pita bread, feta in filo with honey and sesame, flatbreads, as well as a range of other traditional dishes.
Kallos, which is on a journey to capture the essence of authentic Greek life while infusing it into every aspect of their offering, will explore familiar favourites, elevated with quality ingredients and paired with wines from the sun-kissed vineyards of Greece and the Mediterranean.
Owner Ioanna Antoniou said: "We’re very excited to introduce Kallos, so we’ve launched a pop-up to showcase the menu while the finishing touches are being added to our permanent site. The ambition is to give people a flavour of Kallos through a selection of dishes and drinks, and we can’t wait to see what everyone thinks!"
