Manchester’s biggest and friendliest street food venue and events space, Grub, is hosting its annual Burger Food Fair at their location at Red Bank this weekend.
This free entry event is one of GRUB's most popular themed events and will see wall-to-wall burgers from a selection of independent street food traders.
The celebration of all things burgers is taking place from 4pm on Friday 30th September to 6pm on Sunday 2nd October 2022. All traders will be serving a special menu inspired by their own take on the humble burger plus sides, snacks and all-American desserts.
They will be joined at various over the weekend by seven additional guest traders offering different variations on the humble burger from plant-based patties to African and Indian inspired burgers.
- Wow Chefs (Friday - Saturday only) - pressing up those there SMASH BURGERS plus loaded fries and chocomel
- Spicy Baby - get ready for the DESI SMASH BURGER! Plus gorgeous chaat on the side
- Boneless Brigade (Sunday only) – Plant-based patties
- Thief Street Grill & Waffle - expect burger perfection PLUS WAFFLE FRIES!
- Charlie Mac’s (Friday - Saturday only) - fried chicken burgers freshly done! You may also see corndogs and other American delights
- Crepe Castle (Saturday only) - it wouldn’t be a burger fair without amazing dessert and did you know these guys do PANCAKE BURGERS
- and Dohlightful (Sunday only)

GRUB’s 'plant powered' Sundays mean that everything served on the Sunday of the event will be completely suitable for vegans.
GRUB’s bars will also be operating all weekend serving cocktails, beers from local independent breweries, wine and soft drinks.
Grub offers two floors of indoor seating as well as an outdoor beer garden.
