Manchester’s pop-up food party specialist Guerrilla Eats is making itself at home in Shudehill’s The Wonder Inn, and this week adds to the street food fun by inviting guests into The Gin Cupboard.
This Saturday (April 25) will be the first time the Cupboard opens its doors, and Taste are looking forward to a spirited evening, sampling a few jiggers from the twenty-strong line up of gins.
Guerrilla Eats told Taste that the Cupboard is inspired by a pure love for gin, and commitment to serving the personally perfect gin and tonic to each and every customer.
Guerrilla Eats co-founder Scott Power comments: “We’re halfway through our 12 week residency at The Wonder Inn now, and the beauty of the building is that it is constantly evolving. We’re incredibly happy with the food offering, so now we’re growing into the space and each week we’re adding something new. Given that we know and love to sip a fair few G&Ts, a Gin bar seemed the obvious addition and it’s looking to be a big hit.”
The food line up is also looking strong, with six street food traders taking over two floors of the venue; Dirty Dogs, Big Grillie Style, Dim Sum Su, Dirty Food Revolution, Madame Francois and Bangers and Bacon.
