Hard Rock Launches Limited Edition Pin to Support Local Manchester Communities

27 November 2013

Hard Rock Café Manchester has this week launched a limited edition pin designed exclusively to support local Manchester communities through charity Forever Manchester.

The pin design incorporates the Eric Clapton guitar on display in the Manchester restaurant, along with the distinctive Forever Manchester infinity logo. Only 300 have been produced in the limited run, which will be on sale in the restaurant at £8.95 with a donation from each one going to the charity.

Emma Livingstone from Hard Rock Café Manchester comments: “We’re really excited about the pins which look amazing. We have been supporting Forever Manchester throughout 2013 as one of their Manchester Million partners, and are looking forward to selling the pins. They cost £8.95, but we are encouraging people to add an additional donation on top so we can raise as much money as possible.”

Hard Rock Café Manchester chose to support Forever Manchester as part of its Local Ambassador programme. The money raised by the restaurant will be used by the charity to support grass roots community groups and projects across Greater Manchester.

Forever Manchester Chief Executive Nick Massey added: “We raised over £300 on the launch night alone – it really is fantastic to see an international brand such as Hard Rock investing at grass roots level in the local communities where it operates. “

Hard Rock pins are collected across the world. The Forever Manchester pin can be purchased in the Hard Rock Café Manchester, as well as on the Forever Manchester Website at www.forevermanchester.com/shop
