MEDIA foodie darlings the Helmsley Sisters are gigging at the Selfridges Trafford Food Hall on Friday, July 32, creating recipes using their kitchen gadget, the Spiralizer, and cookbook The Art of Eating Well (both sold in store).
Designed by Jasmine and Melissa, in their quest for healthy eating, the Spiralizer turns vegetables into spirals in minutes.
They'll be teaching customers how to use this nifty device and signing copies of their book from 12pm-5pm, doing 40 minutes demonstrations every hour, ie. 12-12.40 and so on.
