RESTAURANT chain Wolf has opened a new outlet – its eighth – on The Avenue in Spinningfields after a successful Manchester debut in the Arndale Centre.
Wolf’s speciality is providing Italian food for busy people on the go. Their signature dish is the burrito-like piada (above) – a warm flatbread containing a range of authentic fillings. They also offer pasta dishes with your choice of protein. For the health conscious, Wolf’s delicious loaded salads are made in-house using natural ingredients. Breakfast is a big deal too with exceptional coffee.
Wolf’s founder Tim Entwistle told us: “Ever since we opened our first Wolf in Chiswick, I’ve been amazed at how much people love our concept. Wolf was created out of a passion for Italian food and we wanted to do something genuinely different.”
Wolf Italian Street Food Spinningfields is open from 7am-7pm Mon-Fri and 10am-5pm Sat.
