THROUGH telly’s The Wine Show Joe Fattorini is a familiar face across the globe guiding 250 million viewers in 107 countries through the glories of the grape.
Now comes a close-up chance to tap into the expertise of the presenter known as ‘Obi Wine Kenobi’ when he hosts the first of Manchester House’s 2018 wine dinners on Thursday, May 24.
His choice of wines from top importers Bibendum will be paired with dishes from head chef Nat Tofan, a ToM five star fave.
Guests will tackle the likes of Puffed salmon skin, finger lime, wasabi, Poached sea trout, heritage tomato salad, tomato consommé, caviar, Shorthorn sirloin and cheek, grilled cabbage, roast garlic pureé and Dark chocolate pavé, cherries, cherry sorbet (below).
