Kevin Tickle joins Adam Reid at The French for a very special collab

TWO of the North West’s finest young chefs in tandem makes for one hot ticket. The latest collaboration from Adam Reid at The French brings Forest Side’s Kevin Tickle down from the Lakes for a one-off dinner on Wednesday, March 14. 

ToM has tasted Kevin’s Michelin-starred cuisine in situ and we were hugely impressed. It’s hard to resist dishes like those pictured below (West Coast langoustine and confit heritage potato).

Much of what Kevin cooks at Forest Side, a very contemporary country house hotel in Grasmere, springs from his Cumbrian roots and the foraging skills he brought to previous employers, L’Enclume, base of Adam Reid’s one-time mentor Simon Rogan.

The French event, the sixth such collab, is priced at £100 per person and includes a charitable donation to Hospitality Action. With an matching wine flight the cost is £170. Book here.
