A new Lebanese dining destination, Kouba, has officially announced its launch at Deansgate Square, bringing a new all-day concept to the city centre.
Combining Lebanese flavours with a modern brunch offering and a premium shisha lounge, Kouba promises a day-to-night experience catering to everything from relaxed breakfasts and brunch dates to lively dinners and late-night shisha gatherings.
From 8 am, Kouba will welcome guests for brunch, serving an extensive menu that reimagines several classic favourites alongside a range of signature dishes such as their ‘Pocket Toast’ with fillings including Smashed Burger, Bacon Eggs and Cheese and Avocado, Eggs, and Cheese. The morning offering will be complemented by freshly baked pastries supplied by the renowned La Choquette Bakery in Didsbury, delivered every day.
Coffee and matcha lovers will also be catered for, with an extensive drinks menu featuring speciality coffees, iced drinks and a dedicated matcha selection. Standout beverages include the Salted Date Smoothie, Coco Matcha, and a range of cold-pressed juices, while the matcha menu will showcase creative flavours such as white chocolate, blueberry, mango, and white chocolate coconut. Coffee enthusiasts can also indulge in a wide variety of drinks, including the signature Iced Dubai Chocolate Latte.
Kouba will transform from a brunch spot to an evening dining destination at 4 pm. The venue will offer full Lebanese dining alongside a shisha experience, with the menu featuring an array of traditional hot and cold mezze, flavour-packed grilled mains, and a selection of Lebanese side dishes. Highlights from the evening menu include Hummus with Lamb, Cheese Bourak, Lamb Chops, the restaurant’s famous Chicken Shawarma, and a generous mixed grill featuring three skewers.
Adding to the evening’s atmosphere is Kouba’s stylish shisha lounge, offering a wide selection of premium flavours in a relaxed and sociable setting. Designed for late-night unwinding and socialising, the shisha lounge adds to Kouba’s offering, making it the go-to destination into the early hours.
Kouba is now open and will be operational seven days a week from 8 am - 2 am.
