Once cooked, the bread is filled to the brim with overnight slow-cooked or cured meats, salad and sauces made daily in house.
And the best part? A foldie takes just 60 seconds construct - making them the optimum scran during your lunch break at work.
Making it easy when it comes to ordering, the menu is split up into just two sections: breakfast foldies served from 7:30 am and the main menu served from 11:30 am.
Breakfast foldie star players include fillings like the full works with sage cheddar scrambled egg, fennel sausage, bacon, avocado, nduja, and crumbled goats cheese.
From the main menu, diners can choose from offerings like the lamb merguez meatball featuring rocket, basil, mozzarella, chive ranch, unbelievably flavourful lamb meatballs and crushed Doritos alongside the picante with fennel salami, and soy pickled jalapeños and - of course - a mouth-watering Mortadella one.
