Amuse Bouche - Cerviche of sea bream with cucumber and citrus zest paired with Martin Millers White Lady
Starter - Fried pork rillette croquette with tomato and chilli jam, apple and walnut salad paired with Martin Millers Red Snapper
Main - Seared hanger steak with celeriac and horseradish puree, red wine and juniper gravey with pancetta and oyster mushrooms paired with Martin Millers Cobbler
Dessert - Pineapple and cardamom panna cotta with rhubarb compote and almond praline paired with Martin Miller's Cooked Custard Creme Brulee cocktail
