STEVENSON Square will host the first Northern Quarter Makers Market of the year this Sunday (March 13) with a street food line-up that includes Stomping Ground, rustling up organic and free range Turkish-English cuisine, What's Your Beef and their bad boy British beef burgers, and making their street debut, No Taco Manchester.
Other foodie treats to detain you once you’ve browsed the craft stalls include Funky Nuts protein nutty butters, Mrs P’s Hot, Damn Hot & El Scorchio Chilli Jams, Alex Bakery’s cupcakes, vegan stuff from the Raw Bake station and, in complete contrast, pies from Cumbrian Pig.
There’s even pasta on the decks – the NQ’s own DJ Pasta Paul, providing the soundtrack to the afternoon.
The event will run 11am-5pm on Stevenson Square, M1 1DB, Sunday, March13. More info at themakersmarket.co.uk.
