AFTER its successful role in the Sauce and the City campaign with Adam Richman and sauce specialists Meat Lust, the Lucky Lucky Katsu Curry pizza is announced as Crazy Pedro’s August special.
Curry was originally introduced to Japan in the 1800s by the British, and the Katsu has become one of the most popular dishes over there. And at the launch of the 10 day open top bus food fest Pedro’s dough topping version won Man vs Food legend Richman’s approval
It features a katsu curry sauce base, sprinklings of mozzarella cheese, panko breaded chicken, soy marinated leeks, red and green chilli and a final topping of crushed cashew nuts. As ever, this special will be available at both the wacky pizza chain’s branches.
