Match the finest Spanish gin with tapas at a special Iberica evening

EXPERT mixologist Lucas Roskell will demonstrate the making of four creations, curated specifically to pair with Andalucian inspired tapas dishes. He will also guide you through all things Gin Mare, including the inspiration behind each of the cocktails.

Produced in a small fishing town outside Barcelona, Gin Mare (meaning "sea") is a premium Spanish spirit.

Enjoy canapes on arrival, then taste three Andalucían specials, including Salmorejo (pictured above, a traditional Cordoban chilled dish made with tomatoes, bread and olive oil topped with goats’ cheese], Sardinas Marinadas (marinated sardines with charred aubergine purée, pine oil  and crusty flatbread from Sevilla]), Rabo de Toro (from Iberica exec chef Nacho Manzano, a rich oxtail stew, creamy potato purée and baby carrots]. The evening will be completed with a sweet surprise to complement the final cocktail.
