There's a brand-new place you can sip on your favourite cocktails nestled in the ever-bustling New Century Hall kitchens.
The new cocktail pod, Measured, will be serving up a glorious menu of signature drinks with highlights including; the Vodka Basil Smash, a refreshing, crisp mix of citron vodka, lemon, orgeat, and basil, as well as the vibrant and spicy Tropical Fire, made with tequila, mezcal, creme de peche, passion fruit, tabasco, and lime.
If you're after something more, well, rhubarby - opt for the Rhubard Rise which is a fruity blend with a tart finish made with vodka, lemon, orange, and rhubarb.
And those who prefer a sweet and fruity drink can go for the Granny Smith made with white rum, orgeat, apple, and lime.
All eight of Measured’s new dynamic cocktail additions have been curated by a team of specialist mixologists, with plenty of classic cocktails, as well as draught lager and cider also available.
If you're after something to eat nibble on alongside your Cocky T - why not try out New Century's latest street food trader, Good Things?
The concept takes classic American diner dishes and elevates them with high quality meats and locally sourced, fresh produce.
Dine on The Hotdog (butchers snag sausage, relish, butter caramelised onions, ketchup, mustard, and crispy shallots), The Smash Burger (aged beef patty, cheese, red onion, dill pickles, burger sauce, and a toasted potato brioche bun), and The Steak (8oz aged Hanger steak, caramelised shallot and miso butter).
Sounds like good dinner plans to me.
