Albert sommelier Marcin Oziebly.
Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial, Ruinart, Blanc de Blancs, Mercier Rosé and Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec are among the wines,while food ranges from smoked and poached salmon, quail, Hazelnut & foie gras stuffed quail balontine served with a blackberry salad, slow-cooked High Peak lamb and buttermilk-hibiscus panna cotta.
