Kicking off this weekend is FENIX's exciting new launch of their new Sunday Agora menu.
The high-end contemporary Greek-Mediterranean restaurant will be ushering in the Autumn with a Mykonian twist on the traditional Sunday roast.
Translated as 'Sunday gathering', the Sunday Agora menu is inspired by the childhood memories of celebrated Head Chef Zisis Giannouras, transporting diners to the famed meeting places on the streets of Athens.
Lamb lovers will be happy as the Lamb Leg En Clave, designed for two to share, is sure to be the sumptuous Sunday showstopper - succulent slow roast lamb served tableside encased in clay accompanied by a miniature golden hammer ready to be cracked, carved and savoured by expectant tables.
Diners can also indulge in some Robata Grilled Sea Bass with lime-turmeric dressing and Cauliflower Steak with roasted vegetable cream & pickled fennel.
All dishes will be served with traditional Greek trimmings including; Fresh Pita, Tzatziki, Spicy Roasted Cabbage and Mykonian Salad. Elsewhere on the menu will be additional side dishes including Baby Potatoes with Graviera, Spicy Sweetcorn and Pearl Oyster Mushrooms.
All about serving up unrushed food against the timeless backdrop of their Grecian culinary temple, this is definitely a spot you'll want to add to your list of Sunday roasts as the weather gets chillier.
Head Chef Zisis says: "At FENIS, we see our restaurant as your home from home, a place to celebrate the rich, universal traditions of a Sunday dinner. Whether you’re used to a British kitchen or a lively Greek taverna, we invite you to savour each moment and enjoy a wholesome Sunday with us."
The Sunday Agora menu at Fenix is available every Sunday 12pm - 5pm from 29th September at £45pp.
