One of Spinningfields' buzziest eateries, Australasia, has now stepped into a bold new era, bringing a fresh new energy to the area with an elevated dining experience.
At the heart of the transformation taking place this April is none other than Head Chef Lucie Sainerova (previously Exec Head Chef Novikov International and Raffles International), whose expertise and creative vision make her one of the UK’s most sought-after culinary talents.
Under her guidance, Australasia will introduce a menu that celebrates the bold, vibrant flavours of the Pacific Rim, with a focus on open-flame cooking and the best local produce and seasonal ingredients, designed for sharing.
But it’s not just the menu that’s changing, the evolution extends far beyond the plate.
The restaurant itself will also undergo a stunning revamp, drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched shores of the Pacific. The new design will create a natural, organic sanctuary - somewhere to escape and unwind from the urban rush.
As dusk falls, evenings will begin with the soft, elegant sounds of a baby grand piano, serenading early evening drinkers and diners. As the night deepens, live musicians and DJs carefully curate immersive soundscapes, enhancing the atmosphere without overpowering it - an essential ingredient in the new Australasia experience.
Australasia’s bar will also see a rebirth as a standalone destination once again. No longer just a prelude to dining, the reimagined space will become one of the city’s hottest spots. Expect innovative mixology and an atmosphere that invites connection and celebration.
