A cute new instagrammable cafe bar, ‘On The Hush’, is launching on Church Street, Manchester, on Friday 5th November. Expect vibrant decor, colourful coffees, indulgent brunches and cocktails served in glass slippers.
The new Northern Quarter venue will open between Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to late. During the day, On The Hush will serve colourful coffees and sweet treats, but by night the café transforms into a funky cocktail bar with live entertainment.
The bright interior blends beautiful soft floral displays against graffiti covered walls to create a contemporary urban space that looks great from every angle.
On The Hush aims to become one of Manchester’s most popular brunch venues. The menu offers plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, including vegan pancakes with berries and salted caramel ice cream, brioche cinnamon and vanilla French toast, or the classic avocado on toast.
The venue has gone the extra mile to make sure the quality of food and drinks are up there with the best in Manchester. On The Hush have developed a range of unique (and very photogenic) hot drinks, including the Unicorn Latte, which comes in a choice of pink, lilac, blue, green or vanilla and is served with glitter and edible gold.
On The Hush’s cocktail menu is packed with their own take on classic cocktails including a butterscotch cookie Old Fashioned, a salted caramel Espresso Martini and a Pornstar Tikitini.
Brace yourselves for your feed to be full of On The Hush’s most Instagrammable cocktail, the Cinderella sharer, which combines gunpowder and rosehip pink gin, triple sec, coconut, pink grapefruit and grenadine to create an exquisite floral cocktail displayed in a giant glass slipper.
Owner, David Faini, said: “Our vision for On The Hush was to create a beautiful venue where guests can relax in the day over delicious food and hot drinks, but then it comes alive at night with high quality cocktails and great music.
“Ensuring that we not only have a fantastic looking venue, but also a great atmosphere and delicious food and drinks is paramount to us so we’ve recruited a really strong bar and kitchen team. We can’t wait for everyone to come and let us know what they think!”
To celebrate their launch, throughout November, On The Hush will be offering cocktails at 241 all day every day, and a bottomless brunch from 12-7pm for just £27 per person.
