NEW RUDY'S: Rudy's announces three new specials to bring on the new season

The lovely lot over at Rudy's have just announced three new specials they're adding to the Chorlton menu this season - and it's not far from perfection

First on the list is the 'Nduja Ortolana, a seasonal vegetarian pizza made with a San Marzano tomato base, topped with fior di latte, vegan nduja, roasted tenderstem broccoli, Kalamata olives, and garlic + oregano chestnut mushrooms. Finished with fresh rocket pesto + basil.

The second seasonal treat is Rudy's pumpkin twist on their famous Cinghiale, inspired by Autumnal ingredients.

The Pumpkin Cinghiale is made with a pumpkin cream base with fior di latte + Grana Padano, topped with Calabrian Black Pig nudja, wild boar salame + green chilli. 

And, of course, it's finished with crushed toasted walnuts, fresh basil + olive oil.

Lastly is the mouth-watering Lucania, created by Giuseppe Sollazo from Basilicata in Italy, who is Head Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s Chorlton. This is his Rudy’s twist on a pizza from the famous pizzeria Fandango, in his home region.

The Lucania is made with Grana Padano, fior di latte + smoked mozzarella base, topped with garlic + thyme roasted sweet potato, red onion + rolled pancetta and finished with fresh basil, olive oil + breadcrumbs toasted in smoked paprika + chilli flakes.
