ONE NIGHT ONLY: Guest chef Dave Wall to join KAJI Chef Patron Steven Smith next month

Swanky Japanese restaurant, KAJI, has just announced the very exciting news that the restaurant's chef patron, Steven Smith, is preparing for a one-night-only guest chef event in collaboration with Dave Wall of The Unruly Pig, the UK’s number-one gastropub next month (5th February).

This exclusive evening will showcase a nine-course tasting menu, carefully crafted to blend KAJI’s innovative flame-inspired cuisine with the bold European flavours of The Unruly Pig.

Courses will include a chef’s selection of KAJI’s finest sushi; fried Louët-Feisse oysters two ways (KAJI and Unruly Pig style); BBQ Octopus with Nduja, gentleman's relish and pickled onion; and Iberico Presa - Braised cheek raviolo, lardo, morel, black garlic.

An optional standard (£95) or premium (£150) sommelier-selected wine pairing, crafted to accentuate each dish. The standard pairing offers a range of exceptional wines that perfectly complement the menu, while the premium option introduces rare and refined selections for a truly elevated experience.

Tickets are £120 per person and are expected to sell out fast. Pre-booking is recommended.
