This social enterprise in tandem with The Stables' sister operation, acclaimed gastropub The Eagle and Child in Ramsbottom trains and employs young people aged 16-25 to make sure that they have the skills and experience to move into work or further training in the food sector.

It is committed to helping those at most disadvantage in the work place, including young offenders, young parents and young people with a disability. Since opening in October 2011 it has supported over 70 unemployed and disadvantaged young people into training and employment, with an 70 per cent achievement and progression rate.

The Stables cafe (below) is situated at the 600 acre park’s farm centre. It is open from 11am to dusk and includes a deli with honey sourced from the park. M25 2SW.
