Manchester’s hospitality scene is about to get a fresh splash of cocktail creativity as the team behind the much-loved independent eatery 10 Tib Lane is opening Posie, a brand-new drinks-led concept in Bruntwood SciTech’s Bloc building, this Autumn.
Spanning 1,800 sq ft across two levels, Posie will offer 50 covers, with a bar at its heart and seating that lets guests soak up the full energy of the space. Think cocktails, conversation, and a social atmosphere that transitions effortlessly from day to night.
The drinks menu promises to be a highlight, featuring inventive cocktails alongside an extensive wine list, craft beers, and a full coffee programme. The kitchen will serve seasonal small plates designed to complement the drinks - oysters, bar snacks, and shareable dishes, all executed with the same care found at 10 Tib Lane.
With a mix of booth seating, tables, al fresco options, and bar seats, Posie is designed for any occasion - whether it’s a casual coffee, a quick bite, or lingering over cocktails in the city centre.
Bloc is the perfect backdrop, a hub for wellness and productivity with standout features including one of Manchester’s largest living green walls, air-quality monitoring tech, a wellness suite with studio gym and sleep pod, co-working spaces, and a cascading foyer garden.
