Ramsay launches search for Best Restaurant

18 March 2010

Taste of Manchester readers are being asked to assist hot-headed celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in finding Britain’s best restaurant. Following on from last year’s success of the F Word’s search for Ramsay’s Best Restaurant – on which Manchester’s very own Sweet Mandarin appeared – producers are launching a new programme dedicated to Gordon’s 2010 quest for the country’s top eatery.

The aim of the new series is to unearth hidden gems and budding talent across the UK – and nominations are now open. ToM readers are being asked to submit their favourite restaurants (no major chains or takeaways) by visiting www.bestnominate.com. Anyone who nominates at least three different restaurants will be in with a chance of actually visiting some of the best restaurants in the competition with Gordon Ramsay himself.
