ROBERT Owen Brown has led a nomadic consultant’s existence since the publication of his acclaimed cook book, Crispy Squirrel and Vimto Trifle and the closure of The Mark Addy as a restaurant a year ago.
But the charismatic chef has been working on a number of interesting projects – the latest of which has come on stream with perfect timing, just before Christmas.
