Seven Bro7hers Brewery will be opening their debut bar in Ancoats, Manchester, the brewery confirmed with Taste today (Friday 24).
A spokesperson for the brewery told Taste that they aim to have the bar open by July, this summer.
‘We were looking for an area that was being redeveloped and up-and-coming,’ Alison from Seven Bro7hers told us. 'We didn't expect it to happen so quickly, the past few months have been a whirlwind.'
The inner city area of Ancoats, which lies adjacent to the Northern Quarter, had been chosen by the brewery because of its potential to become Manchester’s next independent food and drink hot spot.
The seven siblings grew up in Salford with their father brewing in the cellar and opened their brewery at Salford Quays last June.
The Seven Bro7hers aren’t the only ones earmark the prospective foodie hotspot. Independent food traders Rudy's Pizza and Goose Fat & Wild Garlic will also launch in Ancoats, in the former home of Manchester street food outfit, Guerrilla Eats.
