It’s inside the Grade II listed Sevendale House on Lever Street, nowadays after a £6m refurb a rather swish office block but formerly housing Slater’s Menswear. The challenging interior design comes courtesy of Northern Quarter-based studio NoChintz, who have collaborated in the massive venture with fitness gym entrepreneur Adam Chapman.
Taste of Manchester has some cholesterol meets caffeine issues with one brew on offer – Bulletproof Coffee’, combining an Americano and butter, but welcomes the sandwich and cake offering, which comes from Trove in Levenshulme.
